Clause 1

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jeta77 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services available at https://jeta77.bio.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-withdrawable value credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting market offered on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on jeta77.

Clause 2

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on jeta77 or any associated platform.
• You have not previously had an Account on jeta77 that was closed for a breach of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.2 jeta77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your Account.

2.3 You must notify jeta77 immediately if any of your registration details change, including your name, address, or payment method information.

Clause 3

Account Management

3.1 One Account per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on jeta77. Registering or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party, is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. jeta77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification.

3.4 Account Closure by jeta77. jeta77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or provision of false information.

Clause 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. jeta77 accepts payments exclusively via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted subject to availability.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in your Account dashboard.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jeta77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks.

4.4 You may only deposit and withdraw using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any Account found to be using a third-party payment method may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 jeta77 may apply identity verification checks before processing a withdrawal. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document to confirm your identity before funds are released.

4.6 jeta77 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which jeta77 accepts no responsibility.

Clause 5

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 jeta77 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

5.2 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Until that requirement is satisfied, Bonus Funds are not part of your withdrawable Balance.

5.3 jeta77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirement is met, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account.

5.4 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new Players only, one per household, one per device, and one per payment method. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction will be treated as bonus abuse.

Clause 6

Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Dispute Resolution

6.1 All games available on jeta77 are governed by individual Game Rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable Game Rules before placing a wager.

6.2 All bets and wagers placed on jeta77 are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed, except where jeta77 determines that a clear and verifiable error has occurred (such as a technical malfunction or a manifest pricing error).

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, jeta77 will investigate the incident and, where possible, restore the game to the state prior to the malfunction. Where restoration is not possible, affected wagers will be refunded to your Account Balance at jeta77's sole discretion.

6.4 If you believe a game outcome or account transaction is incorrect, you must raise a dispute by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

6.5 jeta77's decision on all disputes is final and binding, provided that it has been made in good faith following a reasonable investigation.

Clause 7

Prohibited Conduct

7.1 You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software for personal gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jeta77 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

7.2 Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

Responsible Gaming

8.1 jeta77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

8.3 Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, jeta77 will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform. However, jeta77 cannot guarantee complete prevention of access in all circumstances and does not accept liability for any activity conducted during a self-exclusion period if the Player circumvents the exclusion.

Clause 9

Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the jeta77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design — is the intellectual property of jeta77 or its licensed game studio partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jeta77.

Limitation of Liability

10.3 jeta77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jeta77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

Amendments to These Terms
